Out of the shadows and into the light!


I am feeling some very big shifts happening for the BETTER!


You have a choice during these times to look around and allow what you see to have an effect on you or you can look within and co-create with the universe and move forward in the light and as the light.


It truly is your choice. However if you are living in chaos in your mind chances are you need to take the time to care for yourself and do things that feel good to you.

Most are on auto pilot doing their day to day Job and same old stuff everyday. You have to interrupt your own mental prison that has been created by you from being influenced by society.


Disrupting the system is very simple

Start doing things differently

Example:

-drive to work going the more scenic route and lean into that experience of seeing something different. (smile the whole way there)


-before bed take a few minutes and be in gratitude for the day you just spent and set intentions for the day ahead of you.


-brush your teeth with non dominate hand.


-cook something new that makes you feel good.


-take a walk going a different way.


-instead of watching tv or scrolling online get out a notebook and write out what you want to create in this life and who you would like to be. (don't hold back) let yourself become the person who is living that life through your writing.
