Throughout the years, I have had the privilege of walking beside incredible individuals as they navigate grief, loss, and profound life transitions. One thing has become deeply clear: healing is not just an emotional process. True healing involves the mind, body, and spirit.

While weekly therapy provides invaluable support, many people long for a deeper, more immersive experience one that creates space to gently explore grief, trauma, connection, and healing in a focused and compassionate way.

Beginning in August 2026, I am honored to introduce our new Mind, Body & Spirit Grief Healing Intensive a collaborative healing experience created for those navigating the loss of a loved one.
