The transformation Course has been made with very specific energies from Source/God. I had to be in a specific energy in order to create each one and for each specific body.
Each video connects to one of the bodies that you are:

Spiritual
Universal
Each one works with that specific part of you and helps you to grow and expand in your mind body and spirit.
It is absolutely incredible what has happened with clients and what has happened for my own self! Yes I listen to them all the time and they help me to grow and move through energies.
There are 5 sessions to watch and you will watch one for 7 days and then onto the next week. There are simple instructions for you to do daily to incorporate into your daily life so that you can begin to shift into your own routine and get yourself on track.
