Depression is a mental health condition that causes persistent sadness and loss of interest in activities you once enjoyed. It can also lead to changes in appetite, sleep, energy levels, and concentration. Depression can affect people of all ages, races, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
The symptoms of depression can vary from person to person, but they typically include:
Persistent sadness and hopelessness
Loss of interest in activities you once enjoyed
Changes in appetite
Sleep problems
Fatigue
Feelings of guilt or worthlessness
Difficulty concentrating
Thoughts of death or suicide
Depression is a treatable condition, and there are many resources available to help you get the support you need.
Here are some of the ways that depression can affect the mind:
Depression can cause a person to have negative thoughts and feelings about themselves, the world, and the future. These thoughts and feelings can be very difficult to control, and they can lead to feelings of sadness, hopelessness, and worthlessness.
Depression can also cause a person to withdraw from social activities and relationships. They may feel like they don't want to be around other people, and they may have difficulty enjoying activities that they used to enjoy.
Depression can also cause a person to have difficulty concentrating and making decisions. They may find it hard to focus on tasks, and they may make impulsive decisions that they later regret.
Depression can also cause a person to have physical problems, such as fatigue, headaches, and changes in appetite. These problems can make it even more difficult to cope with the symptoms of depression.
If you are currently experiencing these symptoms I want you to know that there is help for you. You don’t have to live like this anymore.
People are so hungry for peace and truth.
It’s like your right there ready to drop the baggage but there is something there that keeps you white knuckling and holding onto the baggage.
People feel like they ARE their traumas, like all of their pain is who you are.
You are not your trauma, you are not your pain, you are not your depression.
Depression is your body telling you that whatever you are doing right now is not working.
Your body is so wise and it holds so many answers and it is a big key for you to know where you want to go in your life.
Your body speaks to you in forms of anxiety, depression, happiness, joy, sadness.
When you are dealing with certain stresses in your life a lot of the times your body will begin to manifest some sort of pain in your body that lets you know something is not right here.
If you don’t listen and ignore this then it will eventually turn into a disease in the body.
Disease is just like it sounds Dis Ease, the opposite from being at ease. You don’t see very many happy, healthy, people getting diseases. I am sure it does happen but not as often as a person who is suffering mentally.
Everything is mental in this universe and all that means is that everything you experience and is material all came from the mental mind- a thought.
Knowing this start thinking about your life right now and ask yourself.
When you go into work how do you feel? Are you happy or do you feel anxious?
If its anxiety or depression it’s your bodies way of telling you that it is not happy where you are currently. Like a navigation system if you will.
It knows the way for you.
Your spirit is telling you that it knows the way for you. You just have to be willing to listen and follow the synchronicities.
A lot of people are cut off from the body and can’t even feel or recognize what they are feeling as they have been shut off for so Long. Meditation is a good practice or yoga as well to feel into the body and listen closely to what is happening within you. We have to quiet the mind sometimes from all of its chaos especially in the beginning. I always recommend some form of energy work to be done in the beginning just to get you a fresh new outlook and you energy being cleansed is a very powerful thing and will give you the energy to be able to do yoga and meditate and care for yourself.
I stayed in a job for 2 years and I showed up every single day with anxiety and feeling depression because I knew there was something so much bigger out there for me. I held the vision for my life and who I saw myself becoming and that job had a beautiful purpose.
It helped me to realize what I do and do not want in my life. What I can deal with and what I can not deal with. It enhanced my vision in ways I can not even explain, it taught me patience in ways that have been profound. It has helped me to be who I am today and to grow and expand as this being and for that I am grateful.
What is the vision for you life? There are dreams inside of you that have been gifted to you. There are skills inside of you that are beneficial for the ascension of our planet.
Get organized and start planning for a successful beautiful life! It’s upon us. We are living in great times where our thoughts are manifesting faster than it may have ever before.
I have beautiful offers for you if you are ready to transform your life.
The Temple of Transformation is ready for you to step in!
If that sounds intriguing to you there is a reason for it. A part of you is ready to transform and release so you can step up and lead.
