Water has so many Benefits!

Water Drink up!! 🦋🦋

The benefits of drinking water and eating healthier are wonderful. You wake up feeling good, clear minded, able to focus, your able to get around easier. I have been studying the effects on food within myself for the last 10 years and I know that when I eat food that is not processed and food that is fresh I feel good and I don’t need to eat a lot of it. Working at the Hospital around food has really shown me that I can easily indulge in it. I struggled in the beginning when I would get frustrated then the cookie or chips would help ease my pain but then it would hurt me a few hours later and I would feel like crap. It’s taken a while to really not let food be a crutch for me. I prepare my meals everyday and if Something triggers me then I find something else to do. Other things I do before work are meditating for 15 min before I leave, I sit in the morning and read devotions and prayers for the day, I do a energy routine that moves out the old and brings in the new! There are so many ways to reset and relax before entering into these stressful situations. Drink up friends! Water fuels your body! 🦋🦋
