True Medicine

This my friends is the medicine. ⭐️⭐️ I did a healing the other day using my drum and the client felt it so deeply within. It was so beautiful.

With every sound something within heals, with every hit of the drum something within grows strong and we deeply remember who we once were.

We must now step into who we are, the true self. Not the 9-5 job, not the parent, Or family member or friend but the infinite being that dwells within the each of us that has been suppressed for so long.

It’s time we release within the heart what has been for so long shut out. We now have the ability and knowledge to heal ourselves and each other. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ When you are sitting at home during these times take a moment and breath, look at your hands, place your hand over your heart and know that you were created to be here in this moment and in these times. You are here to help create a better world.
