I AM a Reiki Master Teacher

This is me, My name is Ashley Steen and I am a Reiki Master/ Teacher. During these times of the complete unknown I feel it necessary to speak about who I am and what I know. What I know is there is a massive awakening happening here on earth and in the universe. I know this because for the last 10 years I have been going through my own awakening. When you start to awaken things wills start to feel and look differently. Everyone is different so I can’t say for sure what it looks like for you. For me it started to happen slowly with little things like being guided to eat differently to taking time out every morning and night to set aside to connect with my spirit and to really get to know me and the one who created me. In the last 10 years I have discovered many things that have changed my life for the better. The #1 thing for me was the food I ate and my morning and nightly routines. It was a discipline that was necessary for me. I had to completely rewire my brain to be what I wanted to be. We have been persuaded by many things in this l life when it comes to our society and how we have been taught to live. I believe the time has come for us as a society to unite and to rediscover who we are and to learn to live in a way that benefits the human not the corporations. I know that we as humans are capable of so much more than we believe we are. It is hard to kill the spirit of a human. We as spirits will never go down without it being our choice and I declare and ask each of you as the beautiful soul that you are to stand up and learn to live again to TRULY live. Use your time wisely, connect within, meditate, sit alone and just be, read inspirational material, watch videos that lift you up, take a walk, eat fresh foods. Just a few things that will have big rewards. If you are willing to learn then your spirit will show you the way. When you Make the decision to change your life then the teacher will appear. Teachers come in many different ways. When you are guided to do something that would help you that is your spirit leading you. Follow the nudge and I promise you will never go wrong.
