“Healthy Gut Shits”

One of the drinks I use every morning consists of these 4 ingredients.
Flax seed oil, Lemon juice, Whole Leaf Aloe Juice, and Celery Juice.
I wanted to share this because I think so many of us are having stomach issues and can’t figure it out. What I know to be true for me is as our planet is shifting and changing in big ways energetically our bodies are shifting and changing too. Our DNA is changing, and we are essentially being upgraded. What it feels like for me is that my body is becoming lighter not weight wise but just lighter in my energy body. So, when I eat heavy food or food that has a lot of preservatives or ingredients that are not good for the body then I don’t feel so good.
It has been a lot of trial and error over the last 10 years to heal my stomach and find the right fit for me. My regimen may not work for you, but I wanted to share with you just in case it is something that is beneficial for you. You can always take the knowledge and come up with your own way of doing things. That’s what I have done. I take one thing and then feel guided to add something else or remove something. It’s always about listening within and to your body and how it reacts and feels to certain substances.
First off 🍋 Lemon juice has been my staple every morning for a very long time. I used to take a shot of just straight lemon juice but now I have added things to it. You may have heard of the weight loss drink lemon, cayenne, maple syrup diet? Well I started using that in the beginning and then it just grew into my own little healthy shot.
Lemon Juice has a lot of great benefits some which are hydration, aids in digestion, freshens breath, helps to prevent kidney stones, supports weight loss, is a good source of vitamin C. I love it because it gives me a big burst of energy! It puts me in a flow state like no other!
💚Whole Leaf Aloe Juice has a lot of benefits for the stomach as it contains several enzymes known to help in the breakdown of sugars and fats and to keep your digestion running smoothly. It has been known to aid in heartburn relief while also giving you a nutrition boost! Finally, it helps with hydration and liver function and we must stay hydrated and take care of our precious LIVER! It’s the only one we got!
💛Flaxseed Oil has been a wonderful addition to this little drink. It aids in reducing inflammation, constipation and diarrhea, could benefit the heart, and is high in Omega 3 Fatty Acids and we all know how important those are!
🐸Finally, is Celery juice and its benefits including healing and activating the gut by restoring the hydrochloric acid which helps us to digest things faster and more efficiently. It can help lower cholesterol, and is a natural anti-inflammatory, can help lower blood pressure and aid the liver while also improving digestion. These are just few benefits, but I am sure there are more!
I add these all together and it’s a refreshing beneficial drink for me! In these times I think we must take our health into our own hands and try new things while also taking time to listen to our bodies. Its your body and you have a responsibility to take of it while on this earth playing fields.
For me I was tired of feeling lethargic and always sluggish especially when I would drink coffee and would hit a brick wall! I had to find alternative ways of healing and getting what I need!
