10 Things to keep yourself Happy & Healthy

1.)Minding your own business (this will save you in all ways) you can’t change anyone, you can’t save anyone. This is very good to understand. ALL you can do is be an example to anyone looking your way! So if you want to help the world then be peace, be love, be kind and stop worrying about everyone else. Do you. Live your life.


2.)Keeping your thoughts on what You want to do in your life verses focusing on the past or things that have no value in your life.


3.)Checking in with your emotional state daily.


4.)Daily prayers and affirmations first thing in the morning and before bed.


5.)Doing some type of exercise daily- even if it’s just a 10 min walk. Some days that’s all we can do and let that be enough. you will get stronger and stronger if you keep at it daily.


6.)Listening to things that are uplifting- I love listening to YouTube and different speakers daily- some days it’s spiritual material other days it’s business motivation, or motivation in general. Every day I fill my head with good stuff that is helping me to expand and grow in my thoughts and mind. (Let me know if you want me to post what I listen to)


7.)Limiting social media- too much takes sooo much time away from your precious life. We waist time watching others when we came to do our own thing. It’s wonderful to support each other but it’s important to know thyself before your on here watching others and believing their life is better than yours.


8.)Daydream YES daydream that’s how we create when we use our imagination to think and receive info for our lives.

9.)Meditate, I pray to God and I mediate so I can hear God. It’s not a loud voice that speaks to us. It is a quite still voice that speaks to our hearts and meditation helps to turn the volume up to that voice.

10.)Do something creative daily. This can be anything from writing, dancing, painting, drawing, etc. it just gets you out of the mundane of everyday life and gets you into a space of creativity. You are a creator so creating daily is sooo good for your beautiful souls.

These are things that have helped me on my path, I am sure you have your own routine but just in case you don’t these are some that may help you on your path!

Beginning with one thing and doing that daily will help you to build trust and confidence with yourself.
