Whatever is being presented to you during these times whether on social media, tv, friends or wherever REMEMBER you have a choice as to what you absorb and give your energy too.
It is OK to shut this all down and go outside and feel the sun on your face and taking a step back and go within.
To me it is necessary to do this during these times.
When we are feeling good and are happy and stable in our own energy field then we are able to allow in what we want instead of being hit constantly with whatever is happening outside of us.
Remember you have control over your mind, your heart, and your own life.
When we watch, listen to, buy or support things we are literally giving whatever it is permission into our lives.
Be careful what you do and what you allow in.
