The chakra system is a very important part of you.




When the chakras are blocked your energy is not fully connecting in and you may have plenty of symptoms showing you that they are not connected.

You may feel agitated, angry, easily triggered, depressed, anxious, body pain, etc.

When your energy is flowing You don’t feel these above energies as intensly.

The emotions stated above are passing emotions that stem from some outer circumstance or for many past traumas or pains that keep trying to invade your current state of being. You don’t want to live in these emotional states of being everyday. It’s painful for your body and mind.

When we take a look at the emotions that come up as though we are looking at it from an outside perspective instead of reacting to them then we can take a step back and see what is actually going on.

Once you stop reacting to the same triggers and emotions that keep coming up you will start becoming aware of what you need to do to change the behavior.

This could be stepping away from the situation to calm yourself, journaling the pain or emotional state so that you get it out of your body, taking a walk, or going to meditate.

When you practice being peaceful and grateful daily then when things come at you during the day then you already have a muscle core memory that you will use instead of the older triggered version of self.

Always remembering you are a spirit having a human experience.

You are so much more than the body you reside in.

Start getting in touch with that expanded part of yourself.
