Do you hear ringing in your ears?!

When I first started hearing the ringing in my ears It felt a little alarming for me at first bc I was afraid it was tinnitus.

I had no one to ask or talk to as I was going through some really big shifts back then.

I started to notice when I would hear the ringing in my ears and it was at particular times when I was having experiences with higher dimensional realms. The spirit realm.

When the ringing would start I would be in my room and having an experience where I would see energy and I felt my vibration shifting then I would start hearing the ringing. Sometimes it would be a loud ringing at other times it would be soft and gentle.

When spirit comes through to communicate with me I feel a very warm fuzzy sensation coming into either my left or right ear. It feels very warm and loving.

I then stop and tune into who it may be.

I may even ask who is it near me? Who wants to speak?

I always get an answer of who it is. You are in Control of who you allow in and it will feel soft and loving. Not jolting or scary. FYI. 💙

Here are some reasons why you are hearing the ringing:

🧚🏿‍♂️It is indicating a shift in higher dimensions.

🧚🏼‍♀️There is a big shift happening for you in your life.

🧚You are shifting internally as your frequency is raising.

(When Moving into the higher realms there is a frequency shift.

So you start hearing things differently. Eventually you will hear your guides as your moving into higher and higher frequencies. You can always come up and down in frequency.

When your are not feeling good you won’t hear your guides as much but as you move into higher energies of love and joy etc. then you begin to shift in higher frequency again.

We do this all the time is just a matter of paying attention to it.)

🧜‍♀️As you release emotions or have big shifts your ears will ring as well indicating you are shifting in frequency. Feels like letting baggage go as you go higher.

🧜Could be your spirit guides trying to communicate with you and coming into your energy field. They are letting you know subtly that they are entering. Could be a way for you to indicate they are here.

🧜🏻‍♂️Receiving Downloads which is basically integrating information in our body and minds.

🧝‍♀️Sometimes our hearing can totally shut off and it’s just pure silence. I notice this is when I am receiving big downloads and lots of energy and information coming through.

Now after all these years and practice when I receive downloads for Myself or clients then I can see the information being presented and give the client the information that is coming through from the higher realms for their lives.

It’s where we are all headed I believe. To be able to communicate and receive information is necessary these days. With so many people and especially people in power living In their ego and power sick ways we need as many people doing their inner work so we can all receive and make the changes necessary for our world!

As you continue down your enlightened path these things will happen and it’s just good to have some awareness to it.
