I’m excited to share a new chapter in my healing work offering intuitive energy healing and communication in collaboration with licensed therapists. This integrative approach is designed to support clients on a deeper emotional, energetic, and spiritual level, working hand-in-hand with the therapeutic process to promote holistic well-being and transformation.
Why Combine Healing with Therapy?
Traditional talk therapy provides vital support for mental and emotional health, offering tools for coping, self-awareness, and growth. Yet many clients sense that healing doesn't stop at the mind—it also lives in the body, heart, and spirit. That’s where energy healing and intuitive work come in.
By working alongside therapists, I’m able to complement their efforts by addressing the subtle energetic imprints of trauma, anxiety, grief, or emotional blocks—often things that clients may feel but struggle to fully express in words.
This collaboration is not about replacing therapy—it’s about enhancing it.
What This Work Looks Like
Each client’s experience is unique, but the process generally involves:
Therapist-led sessions supported by intuitive healing either before, after, or between appointments.
Energy healing sessions focused on calming the nervous system, releasing stored emotional energy, or restoring balance.
Intuitive insights (with client consent) that may offer deeper context or clarity around themes explored in therapy.
Support for emotional integration during times of transition, deep work, or breakthrough moments.
In some cases, therapists may refer clients to me when they sense that energetic or intuitive support could complement what’s emerging in session.
The Benefits of Collaborative Healing
Deeper Emotional Release Talk therapy can uncover old wounds; healing work helps gently release the energetic residue those wounds leave behind.
Calming the Nervous System Clients struggling with anxiety, PTSD, or emotional dysregulation often find that energy work helps ground and soothe the body, making it easier to engage in therapy.
Integrating Insights Healing work can help clients process and integrate insights from therapy, especially when emotions feel overwhelming or stuck.
Support for Sensitive Clients Highly sensitive individuals often absorb the energy of others. Healing helps them clear and protect their energetic boundaries, reducing emotional fatigue.
Empowerment and Self-Trust Intuitive healing fosters a deeper connection to the self. Clients often report feeling more in tune with their emotions, inner wisdom, and personal power.
A Gentle, Respectful Approach
Confidentiality, consent, and collaboration are the foundations of this work. I only work with clients who are already engaged in therapy and have the support of a licensed mental health professional. All sessions are trauma-informed, heart-centered, and conducted with the utmost care and sensitivity.
Honoring the Whole Person
Healing is not a one-size-fits-all journey. By combining therapeutic insight with intuitive healing, we honor the whole person not just the mind, but also the heart, body, and soul. I
If you or your therapist feel called to explore this deeper layer of healing, I would be honored to support you on your path.
